My story
I'm Sammy Boyce and l've been immersed in fitnesss for years, from dance, little athletics, netball, to bodybuilding and now powerlifting, I've walked many paths in the fitness world. Coming from a family of elite-level powerlifters, I was exposed to the gym from day one (I'm talking living in the back room of my grandparents' then powerlifting gym as a baby). From ages 8 to 15 I was exposed to my parent's local gym in person every day, watching, learning and admiring all the gym goers. There began my interest in training for both aesthetics and strength. By age 13, I was following my first gym based training program.

From the age of 17 I began training seriously. Prepping for my first bikini comp in year 12 and competing at the age of 18 in the Adelaide Fitness Expo and ICN SA and at 20 in IFBB SA.
After years of chasing aesthetics in bodybuilding, I found my true passion in strength. At 24 I competed in my first powerlifting meet, a milestone that felt like coming home to my roots, but now re-writing my own story.



Along the way, l've faced challenges that tested me physically and mentally from navigating toxic relationships, domestic violence, and PTSD. Those experiences didn't define me, but they did shape me. They taught me resilience, courage, and that true strength isn't just about the body, but also the mind and heart. I've learned that being human means embracing both the struggle and the triumph and using those lessons to help others find their own strength.
